Provenance Skincare
Sam Wilson
Provenance Skincare is a boutique manufacturer and distributer of high quality products that use pure natural ingredients based in Hermanus. Needing a sales tool for their agents in order to educate potential clients about their skincare philosophy and showcase some of their more popular products, I was asked to design this brochure to do just that.

Cat Phones South Africa
Sam Wilson
For a brand that started out manufacturing construction and mining equipment, Caterpillar has come a long way. Today they manufacture everything from designer clothing, shoes and watches. All of their products are positioned as tough, rugged and durable and their range of smart phones is no exception. It's because of this brand intrinsic that Cat phones are the preferred choice for architects, builders and engineers the world over. The challenge for this job was to appeal to a younger, less industry specific audience and at the same time draw attention to their new range's high definition camera, all while reinforcing their brand intrinsic of toughness and durability. Our solution was to use young, trendy daredevils snapping vertigo-inducing pictures of their feet, seemingly free of any fear, including that of dropping their phones.

Campworld is a one-stop-warehouse for all camping, caravanning and outdoor needs. Wanting to create stand out in order to compete with more expensive mall-based stores, I commissioned a collage artist to create a series depicting popular camping destinations throughout South Africa using hundreds of intricately cut map pieces.

Sweet-Orr
Sam Wilson
Sweet-Orr is a protective clothing brand with a rich American heritage creating hardwearing workwear since 1871.
Wanting to create stand-out in a surprisingly competitive industry, I was asked to come up with a concept to do just that. By removing the models from the image, the overalls became the hero of the print-ad and created a striking visual.
